Law Matters Program 137, 20th March 2019

Dr. Hannah Mc Glade chats with us about the Indigenous People’s Organisation who have spoken out strongly about white supremacy, racial vilification and the tragic events in Christchurch last week.
ALSWA’s thoughts are with all who have been affected by this terrible tragedy.

Lawyer Mark Woods from Gippsland in Victoria is the Chair of the Law Council of Australia and he talks about the National Access to Justice and Pro Bono Conference – Building Bridges, Breaking Barriers held in Canberra 13-15 March..

Teeka Skeen, from ALSWA’s Broome office has set up a yarn group (outside of her work with ALSWA) to support our young people and help them stay on track.
