Banksia Hill Inquiry

The Minister for Corrective Services the Inspector of Custodial Services, pursuant to section 17(2)(b) of the Inspector of Custodial Services Act 2003 to conduct a full investigation into all aspects of the incident that occurred as Banksia Hill Detention Centre on 20 Januray 2013. ALSWA prepared a comprehensive, confidential submission, which has not been published.
