Grace Gooley, a senior solicitor with the Justice and Equity Centre in NSW will represent a family who are taking legal action against the police in the Federal Court, alleging racial discrimination. The case follows two Aboriginal brothers, aged 11 and 13, who were subjected to over 150 police home check in a 20 month period.
