WA Chief Justice Wayne Martin talks about Indigenous incarceration rates and his views on strategies for reform;
Marc Newhouse– Deaths in Custody Watch Committee discusses the rally taking place at Perth’s Parliament House on Wednesday 25th February at 12.30 pm which will see family members of a young woman who died in custody in South Hedland in August last year, hand over a formal petition for tabling in Parliament to implement a range of measures which could prevent further deaths in custody in police custody.
