Notice of Resignation of Auditor
In accordance with s 329(5) of the Corporations Act 2001 Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu formally resigned as the auditor of the Aboriginal Legal Service of Western Australia Limited (the Company).
Hall Chadwick Audit (WA) Pty Ltd has provided consent per s328A of the Corporations Act 2001 to be appointed the auditor of the Company and has confirmed that it has the necessary resources to complete the statutory obligations.
The change in auditor follows a competitive tender process for audit services.
The Australian Securities and Investment Commission has given consent to the resignation and under s329(8) of the Corporations Act 2001 the resignation shall take effect on the date of this notice.
